Is throwing a tissue on the floor in a private school, instead of in the trash can, considered an injustice that necessitates seeking forgiveness from the school owner or teacher? And if the owner has passed away, is it then necessary to seek forgiveness from their heirs?

It is recommended to dispose of waste in designated areas to maintain the cleanliness required by Islamic law, as the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Cleanse your courtyards, for the Jews do not cleanse their courtyards." There is no blame for disposing of waste outside its designated place if it was not intentional, as Allah Almighty says: "And there is no blame upon you for that in which you have erred, but [only for] what your hearts intended."
