Is it permissible for a suitor to kiss his fiancée after the verbal proposal and acceptance but before the official marriage contract?

If the marriage contract is concluded with all its conditions met between the girl's guardian and the man, with the guardian saying: "I give her to you in marriage," and the man saying: "I accept," then he becomes her husband, and it is permissible for him to enjoy her through kissing and the like, while observing customary practices. The absence of documentation or the presence of an officiant does not affect the validity of the contract if its pillars and conditions are fulfilled. However, if the contract is not concluded or if it lacks one of its conditions, such as the guardian, then it does not have its effect, and the person does not become her husband; rather, he remains a stranger to her until a valid, lawful contract is performed.
