What is the ruling on adopting a concession from the sayings of scholars in a single issue more than once, and is that blameworthy like seeking out concessions in all issues?

The layman imitates the most reliable scholars in his view, and if they are equal, he chooses without following dispensations. It is permissible to adopt some dispensations out of necessity, and that is not blameworthy, nor is it limited to a single instance. Rather, he continues to do so as long as the one who issued the fatwa is trustworthy and there is a need for the dispensation. If he abandons the dispensation and acts with caution, there is no harm, for acting upon the stricter ruling is often better than acting upon the dispensation.
