Is the hadith, "When a man approaches his wife, he should not rush her until she has fulfilled her need," present in Musannaf Abd al-Razzaq, and what is its chain of transmission and ruling according to Musannaf Abd al-Razzaq alone?

The aforementioned hadith: "When a man has intercourse with his wife, he should be truthful with her. If he satisfies his need but she has not satisfied hers, he should not rush her," is weak due to breaks in its chain of transmission. Abd al-Razzaq did not narrate from Ibn Jurayj, and Ibn Jurayj did not narrate from Anas.
