How can one properly and appropriately answer the question "Why did I convert to Islam?"

May Allah facilitate for whoever embraced Islam the numerous reasons for doing so, among them: Islam is the religion of innate disposition (Fitrah) that encourages everything deemed good by reason and innate disposition, and forbids everything deemed repulsive by them. It is the religion of monotheism, happiness, and psychological comfort, and a way of life that answers all questions and organizes human life. It is also the only religion with an authentic and preserved history, and it grants its adherent tranquility and psychological security.
