Is it permissible to give Buddhist and pagan disbelievers meat from the sacrifice?

It is Sunnah for the one who offers the Udhiyah (sacrifice) to eat from it, give some in charity, and store some away. It is recommended to divide the sacrifice into three parts: one third for eating, one third for charity, and one third for storing, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Eat, give in charity, and store away." There is no harm in giving some of it to a non-Muslim due to their poverty, kinship, neighborly rights, or to win over their hearts, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Uphold ties with your mother," and his saying: "In every wet liver there is a reward."
