The answer

The sacrificer is commanded to eat from his sacrifice and to give charity from it, according to Allah's saying: "So eat therefrom and feed the distressed and needy." This command is for recommendation. It is recommended for the sacrificer to eat from his sacrifice and to give most of it in charity. There is no difference in feeding between raw or grilled meat; both are permissible.
