Is money earned from hosting a program that was downloaded from the company and activated its license with an unofficial program lawful or unlawful?

If the program owners do not allow it to be downloaded or hosted except with permission or for a fee, then it is not permissible for you to do so for yourself or for others. This is considered an infringement on their rights and consuming people's wealth unlawfully, based on the Almighty's saying: "And do not consume your properties among yourselves through falsehood." However, if you are authorized to do so or have paid for it, then it is permissible to copy it and host it for others for a known wage, which is a permissible type of ijarah (leasing/hiring).
