What is the share of each heir from the estate of the deceased woman who left behind: three full paternal nieces, two full maternal brothers and one full maternal sister, full paternal cousins, and a full paternal brother's wife?

Nieces and cousins, and the brother's wife, have no share in the inheritance. If a woman dies, leaving behind a maternal brother, a maternal sister, and full paternal cousins, and no other heirs, then her maternal brother and maternal sister receive one-third equally, and the remainder goes to the full paternal cousins by way of ta’sib (residuary inheritance), based on the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, who said: "Give the prescribed shares to those who are entitled to them, and whatever remains is for the closest male heir."

The matter of inheritances is serious and complex, and a mere fatwa is insufficient. Rather, it must be referred to the Sharia courts for investigation, as there might be other heirs, wills, debts, or other rights that take precedence over the heirs' rights.
