"Kinship ties are not severed by the parents' shortcomings, and the son must maintain connection with them, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The one who maintains connection is not the one who reciprocates, but the one who maintains connection is he who, when his kinship ties are cut off, connects them."
