How is the inheritance divided if the heirs are: one full sister, one half-sister through the father, and one half-brother through the father?

If the deceased leaves behind only a full sister, and a half-brother and half-sister from the father's side, then the full sister receives one-half, based on the Almighty's saying: "If a man dies, leaving no child but a sister, she will have one-half of what he leaves." The remainder goes to his half-brother and half-sister from the father's side by way of ta'sib (residuary inheritance), with the male receiving the share of two females, based on the Almighty's saying: "And if they are brothers and sisters, both males and females, then the male will have the share of two females." Thus, the inheritance is divided into six shares: three shares for the full sister, two shares for the half-brother from the father's side, and one share for the half-sister from the father's side.
