Is a woman who dies from cancer, having suffered from it, considered one of those who died from an internal disease (al-mabṭūn), and is her end a good one? What is the ruling on building a grave with marble, without exceeding a handspan in height, and writing on it? What is the ruling on supplicating for the deceased in various parts of the prayer, such as after the opening takbir, after bowing, during prostration and after it, and after the tashahhud? What is the ruling on reciting the Qur’an and dedicating its reward to her?

We pray that the woman has a good ending and is included in the hadith: "Whoever — as the last of his words — says 'Lā ilāha illallāh' (There is no god but Allah) will enter Paradise," and the hadith: "The one who dies from an abdominal disease is a martyr." As for writing on, building over, and plastering graves, their ruling has been explained in previous fatwas. Supplicating for the deceased during prayer is permissible, and the best positions for du'a in prayer are during prostration, and after the tashahhud and before the taslim. Donating the reward of recitation to the deceased benefits them and reaches them.
