What is the ruling of the Sharia regarding a woman who was raped and gave birth to a girl who may not be from her husband, while she fears the disclosure of the secret?

A girl must conceal herself and not reveal what is in her heart, for suspicions are worthless. The girl is attributed to her mother's husband because he is the master of the bed, according to the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "The child belongs to the bed."
