What is the ruling on one who swore an oath not to do something, then did it under duress, being shouted at?

One who is coerced into breaking an oath, with a valid form of coercion, is not required to offer expiation. The shouting mentioned is not considered a valid form of coercion. Therefore, the one who took the oath must offer expiation for breaking an oath: feeding ten poor persons, or clothing them, or emancipating a slave. If he is unable to do so, then fasting for three days, and it is more cautious for them to be consecutive.
