Is it permissible for a mother to give her Zakat al-mal to her married son who is in a difficult financial situation and supports four children?

There is no impediment to giving Zakat to a poor son if he is an adult, capable, and does not find enough to suffice him and his children, as long as his sustenance is not obligatory upon the giver of Zakat.
