Is it permissible for an Udhiyah to be a calf that is one year old and is divided between two people?

For a sacrificial cow, it is not permissible unless it has reached two years of age, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Do not slaughter except a musinnah." And the musinnah of cattle is that which is two years old. Therefore, a sacrifice with a calf that is one year old is not permissible.
