Is a wife's departure from her husband's home to her family considered nushuz (disobedience), if it is done to punish him for his repeated oaths of divorce over the most trivial matters?

Swearing by divorce is not permissible, and insulting one's wife is contrary to good companionship and manners. It is not possible to comment on "kafara" (he disbelieves/expiates) without clarification. It is not permissible for a wife to leave the marital home without her husband's permission, otherwise she becomes disobedient (nashiz). We advise patience and supplication, increasing kindness towards the husband, reminding him of Allah and good companionship, or seeking mediation from someone who can advise him.
