Is it permissible for Muslims to adopt theories of Western scientists that are based on rituals and imaginations involving disbelief (kufr) or polytheism (shirk), even if they appear to be correct?

If the theory is scientifically proven, there is no harm in Muslims benefiting from it and using it in a permissible endeavor. It does not matter that its discoverers performed rituals, drank alcohol, or ate pork.
