And are there any Quranic verses that might support it, such as the first verse of Surat Al-Insan and His (the Almighty’s) saying: {And indeed He has created you by successive stages}?

There is no contradiction between sacred texts and established scientific facts, because revelation is truth, and scientific fact is truth, and both originate from Allah. If an apparent contradiction occurs, its cause is a flaw in understanding. Darwin's theory is false and corrupt; both textual evidence and sensory perception agree on its invalidity. Modern science does not support it; rather, Western scientists have proven its falsehood. What is mentioned on some websites regarding the Quran's support for this spurious theory is false discourse and a statement about the Quran without knowledge, because:

1. The verses in Surat Al-Insan (1-3) contain nothing to indicate support for Darwin's theory. Rather, they are interpreted as mentioning the beginning of human creation and its development from non-existence to existence, passing through the creation of Adam, then his progeny from a drop of fluid, and his endowment with senses and faculties, and guidance to the way.

2. The verse in Surat Nuh (14) refers to the different stages of human creation, whether in the mother's womb (nutfah, 'alaqah, mudghah) or after birth (infant, child, youth, elder), and also includes the variation in conditions, colors, and forms.
