Did the pig board Noah's Ark, or was it sent down from the sky?

Allah Almighty commanded Noah, peace be upon him, to carry on the ark two of every kind of animal (a male and a female) to preserve the lineage of all animals, and the pig is included in this generality. It was mentioned that when Noah was bothered by the waste in the ark, he commanded the elephant's tail to be stroked, from which two pigs emerged. However, the chain of narration for this account is not authentic. As for its descent from the sky, this has not been stated, unless the intention is that Allah created it by a decree descending from Him, Glorified be He, as in His Almighty saying: "And He produced for you from the livestock eight pairs." Everything on earth is created by a decree from Allah for benefit, contemplation, or trial.
