Is a woman sinful for her sexual thoughts before marriage and for the emission of pre-seminal fluid (madhiy) due to it? And is she required to renew her ablution (wudu') upon its emission?

A woman is not sinful merely by sexual thoughts unless these are accompanied by an action or a gaze, or unless they turn into a firm resolve. However, one should divert the mind from these matters and occupy oneself with obedience to Allah. As for madhy (pre-seminal fluid), it is impure and nullifies wudu (ablution). To purify oneself from it, it is sufficient to wash the private parts and sprinkle water on the garment. Its discharge merely from fleeting thoughts carries no sin. As for prayer performed while unaware of the discharge of madhy, it is valid and does not need to be repeated.
