Praise be to Allah. Among the signs of the truth of the Quran and its being from Allah is its foretelling of the future, such as its foretelling of the victory of the Romans and the defeat of Quraysh, and its mentioning of scientific facts like the stages of embryonic development and the water barrier in the sea. This statement resembles the old saying of the disbelievers, which Allah rebutted in the Quran. The evidences of the legitimacy and rationality regarding the authenticity of the Quran have been previously explained in earlier fatwas.
