What is the ruling on one who frequently experiences flatulence after ablution or during prayer, and is he required to renew his ablution every time? And what is the ruling on the prayers he performed based on a previous fatwa that allowed him not to renew his ablution?

For someone who frequently experiences the emission of wind, there are two situations:

First: If they find sufficient time for ablution (Wudu') and prayer without the emission of wind, then they must do so. Their prayer with an invalidated ablution is not valid, and they are required to repeat it.

Second: If they do not find sufficient time, then they are considered to have incontinence ( سلس - سلس الريح). They should perform ablution for each prayer after its time has begun and pray, and what exits from them will not harm them. In this case, their prayer is valid, and they are not required to repeat it if they performed ablution after the prayer time had begun.
