What should one do who suffers from continuous flatulence that invalidates his ablution (wudu') during prayer, and must he repeat the prayer, and is his performance of the prayer valid in this case?

A person is considered to have chronic flatulence ( سلس الريح) if the time of its cessation is irregular. In this case, it suffices for him to perform ablution (Wudu') for each prayer after its time has begun, and what exits from him during the prayer does not harm him.
However, if he knows that the flatulence will stop at a specific time, he should wait until it stops, then perform ablution and pray, even if he misses the congregational prayer.
Ablution is not a condition for the validity of the (call to prayer) and (call to commence prayer).
