How should a woman act with her husband who does not pray, drinks alcohol, and is unemployed, while she fears divorcing him due to the danger it might cause her and her daughters?

If the husband abandons prayer and drinks alcohol, then supplicate for his guidance and advise him. If he does not repent, then separate from him through divorce or khul' if you are able, otherwise, be patient. He must provide for you and your daughters, and it is permissible for you to take what suffices you and your children from his money in a reasonable manner if you find any of his money. It is also permissible for you to reclaim from him what you have spent on yourself or on your daughters with the intention of reclamation.
