Does the Hadith, "Whoever prays to Allah for forty days in congregation, catching the first Takbeer; two exemptions will be written for him: an exemption from the Fire, and an exemption from hypocrisy," apply to women, or are there alternative ways to apply it given that a woman's prayer in her home is better, and the unavailability of congregational prayer with women?

The virtue of congregational prayer applies to women if they pray in congregation at home or in the mosque, even though it is better for a woman to pray in her home. If a woman prays alone in her home, in compliance with the prophetic guidance that directs that a woman's prayer in her home is better, especially in the darkest part of her house, then she will have a great reward, and her reward may be greater than the reward of one who prays in the congregational mosque.
