Is dividing a sum of money among one's father, brother, and family, and giving the father's share to him to then give to the needy brother, considered a righteous deed?

We appreciate your good character, for a Muslim attains a high rank on the Day of Judgment through good character, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Indeed, the most beloved of you to me and the closest of you to me in station on the Day of Judgment are those with the best character."

Regarding financial support: The financial support of impoverished parents is obligatory upon the son. As for financial support for siblings, it is not obligatory upon you unless they are poor and you are their heir. You are not an heir as long as your father is alive. Giving charity to your needy brother is among the best forms of charity, for it is both charity and maintaining kinship ties.

Continue your good character and kindness towards your brother, even if he has wronged you in the past. For the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said to someone who was kind to his relatives while they cut him off: "If you are as you say, then it is as if you are feeding them hot ashes, and there will always be a supporter from Allah with you as long as you persist in that."
