What is the ruling of the religion on a husband obliging his wife to leave her job and wear the niqab or burqa, knowing that the husband is well-off, and is he considered unjust if he divorces her or marries another because of her refusal?

It is permissible for the husband to order his wife to quit her job, and she must obey him, unless she stipulated working at the time of the marriage contract and he agreed to it, and the work adheres to Islamic guidelines. If the well-off husband refrains from spending on her, then he is unjust, and she may take from his money what is reasonable or go out to work without his permission if she is in need.

Obeying the husband in wearing the niqab and khimar is obligatory if the head covering is not Islamically lawful.

Divorce and polygyny are permissible for the husband, and he is not unjust by doing them as long as he fulfills the Islamic conditions.
