ما رأي الإسلام فيمن يعتقد بإمكانية استخدام عين البومة التي لا تنام لجلب السهر، والعين التي تنام لجلب النوم بوضعها تحت وسادة الطفل؟

The owl is a nocturnal bird whose eyesight weakens during the day. Its nature is to expel birds from their nests and eat their young. Arabs in the pre-Islamic era considered it a bad omen, but the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, invalidated this belief. It has not been confirmed that an owl sleeps with one eye open, though this is possible, as has been reported about the wolf. The belief that carrying an owl's eye brings or repels sleep has no basis.
