Is swearing a false oath that the land has been cultivated for thirty years, knowing that it was only cultivated six years ago, considered an immersion oath (yamin ghamus) and would it make the lawyer sinful?

Scholars have differed on the ruling concerning a Muslim working as a lawyer under man-made laws. Some have absolutely prohibited it, while others have permitted it out of necessity, for the purpose of obtaining rights, repelling injustices when there is no legitimate alternative, or when compelled to litigate before secular courts, provided that Islamic legal guidelines are observed. These guidelines include ensuring the legitimacy of the lawsuit, not defending a falsehood, clarifying the truth, and speaking truthfully. Evasive language (ma'areed) and dissimulation (tawriya) are permissible when necessary. It is permissible for the client to swear falsely to obtain their right when necessary. However, this is not permissible for the lawyer, and representation is not allowed in oaths or testimonies.
