Is "The people of Paradise do not regret anything as much as they regret a moment in which they did not remember Allah" a Hadith or a traditional saying, or is it narrated from the Companions, and is it permissible to say this?

The aforementioned Hadith attributed to Mu'adh ibn Jabal: "The people of Paradise will not regret anything except for an hour that passed them by in which they did not remember Allah," is weak. Its meaning is that the people of Paradise will regret missing times in which they did not remember Allah in the worldly life. This regret will occur during the Standing (on the Day of Judgment), not in Paradise. The intention is that every action without the remembrance of Allah is against its doer, and those who remember Allah are the most fortunate and of the highest rank.
