What is the ruling on selling perfumes, cosmetics, artifacts, and antiques, especially cosmetics, to women?

There is no objection to owning a shop that sells women's supplies and engaging in this trade if it adheres to the Sharia (definition) regulations, meaning that nothing forbidden to sell is sold therein. It is preferable that a woman handles the sales. If this is not possible and a man handles it, he must commit to lowering his gaze, limiting speech to what is necessary, and be extremely cautious of being alone with a foreign woman, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day should not be alone with a woman who has no mahram (definition) with her, for indeed the third of them is Satan."
