What is the ruling on selling perfumes, accessories, cosmetics, or clothes to women who may use them when they leave their homes and men see these things?

It is permissible to sell cosmetic tools to women if the seller knows that the buyer will use them for permissible adornment, or if he knows nothing about her situation. However, if he knows that she will use them for forbidden display (tabarruj), then it is not permissible to sell them, because it constitutes cooperation in sin and aggression.
