Is it permissible for a woman to fast the entirety of Rajab, Sha'ban, and Ramadan, with the exception of her menstrual days?

It is permissible for a woman to fast the months of Rajab and Sha'ban along with Ramadan (definition) as a voluntary act, and she must break her fast during her menstrual period while making up the days of Ramadan. It is a condition that she seeks her husband's permission if she is married, due to the Prophet's (peace beellations be upon him) prohibition of a woman fasting voluntarily while her husband is present, except with his permission. The most complete form of fasting is the fast of Dawud (peace be upon him).
