A woman's work is permissible and may be recommended or obligatory if she needs it, or if society needs her work. It is stipulated that the nature of the work does not necessitate forbidden mixing or khalwa (private seclusion) with non-mahram men, that the woman adheres to her hijab and dignity, does not soften her speech, and that her work does not affect her duties towards her children and husband. Based on this, it is permissible for a woman to work as a nursing assistant, provided these conditions are met, and that she does not administer injections to men except in cases of extreme necessity, with the gaze limited to the injection site.
