Is the death of a woman who performed ablution for prayer, uttered the opening takbir (Allahu Akbar), then turned to save her son from being run over by a car, and died as a result, considered a good ending?

We pray that this woman's end was good, for she performed ablution and prepared for prayer. Scholars have mentioned that among the signs of a good ending is death while in a state of obedience, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "When Allah wills good for His servant, He employs him," meaning He grants him success in performing a righteous deed before his death. The texts also indicate that people will be resurrected in the state of their deeds and condition at the time of their death, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Every servant will be resurrected in the state in which he died."
