The method mentioned for learning Fiqh causes the student to miss studying the rest of the chapters of Fiqh, and complete mastery of the issues may not be achieved with this method. It is better to study a complete book of Fiqh with a proficient shaykh, and then move on to a more comprehensive book, until he develops jurisprudential mastery.
