It is permissible for a pharmacist to put his name on a pharmacy belonging to someone else if the latter permits it, and the owner of the pharmacy is not committing any forbidden acts. It is permissible to lease a commercial license. If the agreed-upon period has not yet expired, then it is obligatory to fulfill it, and it is not permissible to take an increase in the rent. However, if the period has expired and you both wish to renew, then it is permissible to stipipulate an increase in the rent. It is also permissible to take financial compensation for waiving ownership of the pharmacy registered under your name.
