The answer

"Paying an amount to a doctor in exchange for registering his name to obtain a pharmacy license is not permissible, because it falls under taking compensation for influence. However, it is permissible if the amount is a wage for the doctor in return for his work in the pharmacy along with the registration of his name. And as a matter of piety and precaution, one should stay away from every doubtful matter.
