Scholars have permitted women to work under certain conditions, including not mixing with men except when necessary and when no other job opportunity is available. Therefore, you must leave this job and seek another alternative that spares you from mixing. Allah Almighty says: "And whoever fears Allah - He will make for him a way out and will provide for him from where he does not expect."
