A woman who memorizes the Qur'an and attends lessons should avoid mixing with and conversing with non-mahram men. She must also avoid everything that displeases Allah Almighty. You should seek out a righteous woman from among your relatives or friends to advise this colleague and inform her of the Islamic ruling on mixed-gender work. You should avoid speaking with her yourself to prevent temptation.
