Is it permissible for a traveler who intends to stay for two months in a country he arrived in for leisure, and who has his own private accommodation, to combine and shorten prayers?

It is permissible for a traveler on a lawful journey of the distance that allows shortening prayers (83 km) to combine and shorten prayers, unless they intend to stay for four days or more. If they intend to do so, their journey is considered interrupted, and they must perform the prayers in full and at their appointed times. A Muslim must adhere to Allah's obligations and abstain from His prohibitions. There is no obedience to a created being in disobedience to the Creator, and a Muslim must obey their Lord. We advise you to seek environments of faith, emulate good examples, avoid people of corruption, not be excessively preoccupied with worldly matters, shorten your hopes, and not overindulge in permissible things, all while supplicating for steadfastness and inviting to Allah with wisdom.
