Is the letter Baa (ب) to be pronounced with emphasis (tushadd) and vibration (tuqalqal) when saying "Subhan Allah" or "Subhan Allah wa bihamdihi" in prostration (sujud), at the end of prayer (khatam as-salat), or during remembrances (adhkar)? Or is it permissible to say it in a normal manner? Or does it allow for both possibilities?

The letter Baa (ب) in "SubhanAllah" (سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ) or "SubhanAllah wa bihamdihi" (سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ وَبِحَمْدِهِ) is pronounced with a normal sukoon (quiescence), without shaddah (doubling) or qalqalah (vibration), whether this is in prostration, at the end of prayer, or in adhkar (remembrances). This is because the rules of Tajweed are specific only to the recitation of the Holy Quran.
