Is it permissible for one of the partners to refuse the division before separation in the case of dividing a plot of land?

Division by mutual consent between partners has the ruling of a sale, and the options of the session (khiyar al-majlis) and condition (khiyar al-shart) are established in it. No one is compelled to accept it if they refuse. As long as one of the partners retracts from it before the dispersion from the session, they have the right to do so, and the division becomes void, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "The two parties in a transaction have the option as long as they have not separated."
