How many sects are there in Islam? And how does Islam influence religions?

Islam is the only religion acceptable to God. It is one path and one methodology for Muhammad, peace be upon him, and his companions. There are no sects in the religion of God; the existing ones have deviated from Islam. God warned against following divergent paths. Islam is pure divine revelation, the final religion dominant over those that preceded it, and it has not been influenced by other religions.
