What is the ruling on a woman being lenient with her hijab when she goes out to the balcony, the roof, or the entrance of her house, or when she goes up and down the stairs, knowing that men might see her; or when she goes out in a hurry, which leads to her hijab not being properly secured and some of her awrah becoming visible; and what is the ruling on her repeating this?

A woman must cover her body with a wide, non-transparent, lawful garment, whether inside the home in exposed areas or outside of it. Whoever violates this repeatedly shows heedlessness toward the rulings of Sharia and is sinful. Whoever among her guardians becomes aware of this must advise her and warn her about Allah. If she does not repent, her guardian must compel her to wear the lawful garment and prevent her from going out, based on the Almighty's saying: "O you who have believed, protect yourselves and your families from a Fire whose fuel is people and stones, over which are [appointed] angels, harsh and severe; they do not disobey Allah in what He commands them but do what they are commanded." There is no specific garment for lawful covering as long as it achieves concealment. There is a disagreement among scholars regarding the obligation of covering the face and hands.
