What is to be done to confront the sorcery of the paternal uncle's wife, which has caused the father's condition to deteriorate, led to financial hardship, and resulted in the daughter suffering from illness and nightmares, especially after failed attempts to seek help through ruqyah sharia?

The paternal uncle's wife and her daughters should not be accused of sorcery without proof, for the fundamental principle is the presumption of innocence. If it is proven that sorcery was practiced, then the perpetrator must be advised. Strange symptoms and disturbing dreams do not necessarily indicate the presence of sorcery, and it may not be from the paternal uncle's wife. If there is a strong suspicion of sorcery, it should be treated with legal ruqyah (exorcism). Salat al-Istikhara (prayer for guidance) is not dependent on knowing about sorcery; rather, it is a delegation of affairs to Allah in permissible matters and has no relation to visions. The authenticity of the hadith regarding Salat al-Hajah (prayer of need) is disputed, and even if it were authentic, reliance should not be placed on visions to accuse someone of sorcery. If the father is performing bad actions unconsciously, there is no sin upon him; but if it is done consciously and willingly, then he must repent.
