ما هي شروط الزواج الصحيح؟

For a marriage to be valid, five conditions are required: identifying the two spouses, their mutual consent, the presence of a guardian (wali), based on the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "There is no marriage except with a guardian," and witnessing it, based on the hadith of Imran ibn Husayn: "There is no marriage except with a guardian and two just witnesses," and the absence of impediments to marriage for both spouses, such as being محرم (unmarriageable kin) or having a difference in religion, with the exception of a Muslim man marrying a chaste woman from the People of the Book.
