Is it forbidden for a left-handed or ambidextrous person to eat or handle things with their left hand?

Eating or engaging in activities with the left hand is not forbidden (haram), but it is disliked (makruh) unless there is a need, in which case the dislike is removed. It is from the Sunnah to use or prioritize the right limb in all matters of honor, such as eating, drinking, taking, and giving. The left hand should be used for things that involve dirt or similar matters, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, was pleased with using his right in all his affairs.
