What is the difference between the plotting of humans and the plotting of Allah Almighty, as stated in the noble verse: "And they plotted, and Allah plotted"?

"The 'devising' (makr) of Allah is a commendation of Him, glorified be He, due to the perfection of His knowledge, power, and excellent planning. He is not deceived by the cunning of deceivers, and He is able to inflict hardship upon them and thwart their plans. Allah attributed 'plotting' (kayd) to Himself in the story of Joseph, because it was wisdom, righteousness, and a recompense for the wrongdoer, embodying the ultimate justice and truth. This is as He says: 'Indeed, they are plotting a plot, And I am plotting a plot,' and His saying: 'And they schemed, and Allah schemed.' These actions from Allah are of the highest degree of goodness, in contrast to such actions from a servant, which are ugly because the servant is unjust in them."
